These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are the agreement between you and KING DROID S.R.L. for the use of Kingpointment — the booking and client-management (CRM) mobile app, its backend, and the public booking page it generates for you.
By creating an account you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Kingpointment.
Kingpointment is a tool for running a business. It is intended for service providers and self-employed professionals, not for private consumer use.
Please also read our Privacy Policy — it forms part of this agreement and explains an important split of legal responsibility for your clients' data (see section 5).
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean KING DROID S.R.L. "You" means the person or business using Kingpointment.
You may use Kingpointment if:
We do not knowingly provide Kingpointment to minors. Your own clients do not need a Kingpointment account to book with you — they use your public booking page, and these Terms do not make them our users.
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and everything done through your account. Keep your password confidential, and tell us at info@kingdroid.eu without delay if you believe someone else has access to it.
If you invite staff members, you decide who joins your business, what they can see, and when their access ends. You are responsible for what your staff do in your account. The number of staff seats depends on your plan.
You must give us accurate business details and keep them up to date. Your public booking page shows information you provide (business name, services, prices, opening hours) — its accuracy is your responsibility.
This is the most important section for anyone handling appointment data.
Your data is yours. We do not sell it, and we do not use your clients' data for our own purposes.
For personal data about your clients — names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, appointment notes — you are the data controller and we act as your processor. In plain terms: you decide why and how those data are used; we only store and process them on your instructions, in order to run the service for you. This means you must:
Section 3 of the Privacy Policy describes this split in full and serves as our data-processing terms.
You must not use Kingpointment to send unsolicited marketing to your clients.
Free plan. Kingpointment can be used free of charge with usage limits (for example a maximum number of bookings per month, and a single staff seat). The current limits are shown in the app. Reaching a limit does not delete anything — it stops you from adding more until the next month or until you subscribe.
Paid plans. Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. The plan names, features and prices in force are shown in the app before you buy.
Because the stores handle the payment:
Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. You will be told in advance through the store and in the app, and a price increase never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before the next renewal.
Taxes. Prices shown in the store include the taxes the store applies for your country.
What happens when a paid plan ends. Nothing is deleted. Your data, bookings and clients stay in your account; the paid features and higher limits simply stop until you subscribe again.
Kingpointment generates a public page where your clients can book appointments with you.
The booking agreement is between you and your client. We are not a party to it: we do not sell your services, do not take payment for them, do not guarantee that a client will show up, and are not responsible for cancellations, no-shows, disputes about prices, or the quality of the work.
You are responsible for what is on the page — your services, prices, opening hours, and any text you enter. Keep it accurate and lawful.
Do not:
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account (see section 11).
We work to keep Kingpointment available and reliable, but we provide it as it is, without an uptime guarantee. Maintenance, updates, network failures, store outages, or problems at our hosting provider can interrupt the service.
We keep backups of the database, but backups are our safety net, not yours. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose — you can export your calendar through the calendar feed.
We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
Support is by e-mail at info@kingdroid.eu. We answer as quickly as we reasonably can; there is no contractual response time.
Kingpointment — the app, the backend, the design, the name and the logo — belongs to us. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active, for your own business.
Your content stays yours. You keep all rights to your business data, your clients' data, your texts and images. You allow us to store and process them only to the extent needed to run the service for you, and to keep backups.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything for them.
You may stop at any time. You can cancel a paid plan in the store, and you can delete your account from the app: Settings → Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. Guidance in four languages is at kingpointment.eu/delete-account.
Deleting the account of a business owner deletes the whole business — every booking, client, service, and the public booking page — permanently. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your data, and deleting your data does not automatically cancel a store subscription: do both if that is what you intend.
We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if the account is being used in a way that endangers the service or other users' data. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
We may also discontinue Kingpointment as a whole. In that case we will give you at least 60 days' notice, a way to export your data, and a proportionate refund of any prepaid period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under any mandatory consumer-protection rule that applies to you.
Subject to that:
You are responsible for your own compliance with data-protection law regarding your clients (section 5), and you will cover our costs if a claim is made against us because you did not comply.
We may update these Terms — for example when features, prices, or the law change. The current version always lives at kingpointment.eu/terms, with the date at the top.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance by e-mail or in the app. Continuing to use Kingpointment after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and, if you wish, delete your account; you may cancel a paid plan for the next period.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without displacing any mandatory protection you enjoy under the law of your own country of residence.
If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking, the competent courts are those of Harghita county, Romania. If you are acting as a consumer in the EU, you may also use your local consumer-protection bodies and the EU online dispute-resolution channels.
If any provision of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
Kingpointment is operated from Romania and serves businesses in Hungary, Romania and Norway. Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience; in the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.
